Refund policy

All sales are final, you are welcome to exchange your items within 7 days of receiving your package for domestic orders. 

*Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable

All items must be returned in unused/unworn condition with original packaging. Fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your return if not returned in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once your exchange is received, it will be thoroughly inspected by our team. If your exchange or return is received with visible wear or damage, we will refuse the exchange or return. 

Any orders placed during a promotional sales event or with a marked down price are final sale and no returns accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges, returns or refunds for international orders.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@blingkweens.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Blingkweens reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns at any time. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sales or discounted items (such as jewelry, accessories, and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
